Andrew Kemp of Menasha (Wis.) High School is considered one of the top offensive lineman in the Midwest. Verbally committed to the University of Wisconsin during his junior year. Will be a three-year starter on both sides of the football in 2004. Andy will play offensive tackle for the Badgers. He was named all-state as a junior and as a senior.
